Indubitably Muffin LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Myzie mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

How AI Uses Your Data: The AI coach analyzes your goals, progress, and conversation history to provide relevant guidance and motivation.
Human Oversight: You can contact our support team at any time if you have concerns about AI-generated content or wish to speak with a human.
AI Limitations: AI responses are generated based on patterns and may not always be accurate. The AI is not a substitute for professional advice.
5. How We Share Information
With Other Users Your public profile information (username, avatar, bio) and posts are visible to other Myzie users based on your privacy settings.
- Supabase: Database and authentication services
- OneSignal: Push notification delivery
- Google/Apple: Sign-in authentication
For Legal Reasons We may share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to prevent fraud.
Business Transfers In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale, your information may be transferred to the new entity.
We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
Anonymized and aggregated data may be retained for analytics and service improvement purposes.

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
9. International Data Transfers
Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. If you are located outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.
For users in the European Union, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the legal mechanism for international data transfers.
10. Children’s Privacy
Myzie is NOT intended for children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has created an account, we will terminate the account and delete their data promptly.
Users between 13 and 17 should have parental or guardian consent before using Myzie.

Myzie integrates with the following third-party services:

12. Push Notifications
We use OneSignal to deliver push notifications about:
- Goal reminders and progress updates
- Challenge activities and milestones
- Community interactions (likes, comments, follows)
- Messages from other users
- AI coaching nudges
You can manage your notification preferences in Settings > Notification Preferences, or disable notifications entirely through your device settings.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email.
Your continued use of Myzie after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
